Aira Jewels does not offer exchange or refund in case of a change of mind of the customers. Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end and supported by proof from the customers.
ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provided a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the end with no cuts, no filter, and no editing.
Without the proof, Aira Jewels will be in no position to process the refund.
No claims will be entertained without any proof.
Note: No Refund and Exchange will be considered in case of size issues.

Conditions for a Refund:
•An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.
•The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
•The proof should be sent by email within 24 hours after receiving the order.
•If exceeded 24 hours, Aira Jewels will under no circumstance process the refund.
•Only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shipping cost.
•The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product. In case the product is not available, the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (Shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable.)
•No refund or cancellations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
•No refund or cancellations will be initiated if the reason is delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.
•No refund or cancellations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.

Please Note the Following Exceptions to Our Return and Exchange Policy:
•Discounted items and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Sale items are non-refundable.
•If the shipping cost has to be borne by us, the cost should not exceed ₹80. (The shipping charges will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end and provided with proof.)
•There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.
•If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect/incomplete address, Aira Jewels will under no circumstance be responsible and will not initiate any refund.
•If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Aira Jewels will be under no obligation to provide any kind of refund.
•The damage or loss of Zirconia stones is not covered under our exchange, refund, and replacement policy.

Shipping Policy

We deliver to all and any postal address across India. Therefore, we request you to provide a complete street address with pin code / zip code at the time of placing the order.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders across India, please be sure to include the full and accurate postal address along with the correct PIN CODE.
Aira Jewels will not be responsible for postal delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
Please note: All shipments to Colleges / Schools / Hostels are sent at the customer’s risk. If the school warden or staff refuses or fails to accept your package, Aira Jewels will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention it clearly in the gift message box while placing the order. If no date is mentioned, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Some courier companies may charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, particularly if the address and pin code do not match.
In such cases, the customer will bear all penalties or fees.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order due to a wrong or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
In case of an incomplete address, nothing can be done until either party (sender or recipient) receives the package.
If the package is lost or misplaced due to incorrect/incomplete address, Aira Jewels will not be held responsible and no refund will be initiated.

We will send an email with shipment details as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. This email will include the tracking number, courier service information, and the estimated delivery date.
Note: Aira Jewels will only provide tracking information once the order is dispatched. After the package has been shipped, Aira Jewels is no longer responsible for the delivery, as we have no control over third-party courier services.
No additional tracking updates or follow-ups can be provided beyond what is shared.
